AN ACT to amend and reenact §16-29B-28 of the Code of West
Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to continuation of the
Health Care Authority.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That §16-29B-28 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as
amended, be amended and reenacted to read as follows:
ARTICLE 29B. HEALTH CARE AUTHORITY.
§16-29B-28. Continuation of the Health Care Authority.
Pursuant to the provisions of article ten, chapter four of
this code, the Health Care Authority shall continue to exist until
the first day of July, two thousand eight, unless sooner
terminated, continued or reestablished.
